Absolutely! Whether you're looking for 10 or 10,000 we can work with you to create a custom smoker to fit your needs. Our services include custom engraving on both the smoker and branding your own tins of woodchips. Lead times will vary as every smoker is made by us in Calgary and never outsourced. Please Contact Us and we'll be happy to bring your vision to life.

Our Smokers are all made of white oak, which is the same species of oak that's used to make Whisky barrels.

All of our Wood Chips are made from the highest quality timber. The kind of wood that would make traditional woodworkers cry if they knew we were turning it into chips. Each board is kiln-dried, hand selected by us and chipped in our Calgary shop.

We currently have 4 flavors of chips to pick from.

• Cherry Bomb - Sweet and fruity, possibly our most popular flavor.

• Smoldering Maple - Smooth and mellow. It’s a lighter smoke, but classically Canadian.

• Highland Hickory - A bold, deep, and dramatic smoke. Like sitting next to a campfire.

• Smoke N' Oak - The classic smoke made from the same wood species whisky barrels are built from.

We have you covered! We offer sampler sizes in all of our Premium Wood Chip flavors so you can give all of our flavors a try. Sampler sizes contain approximately 3 servings of wood chips to give you a nice idea of the different flavor profiles.

If you come visit us in person at one of our shows, we have pre-smoked woodchips for you to smell. This will give you an idea of the flavor profiles for when you smoke your drinks.

Yes! A single glass is included with our Outlaw box set and additional glasses can be purchased individually as well. Glasses and Torches can be found in our online store.

That's ok, it means you've been using your Smoker and enjoying the Skull & Cinder experience! Although they are robust, Smokers are still considered a consumable item and may need to be replaced over the years. Individual smokers can be purchased in our shop.

Our filter baskets are all Double Mesh Stainless Steel and measure at 1" in diameter, 3/4" deep with a 1.3" lip, giving you a lot of space to add the perfect amount of wood chips.

Since the filters are all Stainless Steel, you can put them in the dishwasher to clean. Sometimes they may collect some natural resins from the wood chips being burnt and need a more thorough cleaning. For this you can use rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush. If your filter is worn out, you can purchase replacement filters in our shop.

Yes! We can absolutely add custom engraving to your Smoker. This is a great option when giving a Smoker as a gift. Please Contact us if you'd like engraving done on your order prior to purchase.
