Smoky Blood Orange Paloma
A Non-Alcoholic Smoky Paloma balances bright Blood Orange and lime with subtle sweetness and a soft veil of smoke. It’s refreshing, lightly bitter, and complex—proof that zero-proof can still feel elevated and bold.
Ingredients
2 oz fresh blood orange juice if in season(for this easy version we used blood orange soda)
1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice (we used grapefruit soda here too)
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz agave syrup
Recipe
Add all ingredients to a mason jar
Place the Skull & Cinder smoker on the jar, ignite your chosen wood chips, and allow smoke to fill the jar fully.
Slowly remove the smoker to avoid disturbing the smoke and seal the jar.
Let the jar sit for a few minutes
Add crushed ice to rocks glass
Pour smoked mocktail into glass
Garnish with orange slices or peel (if blood oranges are in season use fresh garnish, we had some dehydrated blood orange slices that we used)
